You have 32-bit Office installation package (CD/DVD/file) and 64-bit Windows operating system. Is it correct? General answer is YES, I can install a 32-bit application on 64-bit OS. I have exactly same situation in my laptop. Both 32-bit LibreOffice and 32-bit MS Office are installed on W7 & W8 laptops and work well. But NO vice versa. The 32-bit system does not allow to install 64-bit application. The 32b system does not support 64b instruction set required for 64b applications. You have to purchase the product online, then you are given the activation key to open it. The activation key is different for each person that purchases the product. You cannot share activation keys.

Yeah, all of these problem happening for changing windows..so please setup windows from boot mood and at a time format that previous versions of windows and then your system must be okay..

Do you actually have a "genuine" Windows disk, or is it bootleg? Unless it's an actual Microsoft disk, you may be out of luck.

check if the version you are using on both the computers are same. If they are same also check for the release. If there is difference in the version and relase it wont work. Try migrating the data from lower version to higher version or use same release on both the pc

Technically you don't need either of them. Real Player Cloud and Quick Time 7 are unrelated programs that have specific codecs for playing video associated with them. Unless you play video that requires either of them or need some of their special features, they're not really needed. Most video online are flash or html5 now and down't require the specialized codecs associated with both players.
