You appear to have 32-bit software that you're trying to install on a 64-bit computer... and the installer refuses to finish installing. You'll need to contact the manufacturer to get an updated copy of that software... or find an older 32-bit computer to use for that software.

The driver that ships with the sewing machine was designed for an older type of computer and will not work on a new laptop.

Try downloading the updated driver from the Futura support site and installing that instead.

The bobbin case tension needs to be tightened. There is a tiny screw on the side used to set the thread tension. Only turn it a tiny bit at a time and keep checking. It is tedious, but it works.

For a quick fix, take the bobbin case out of the machine and lightly use an emeryboard or nail file and file the burr until it is smooth.

Try cleaning and oiling the system per the manual then re-threading both the top and bottom threads via manual instuctions. if no change then there may be an issue with the thread tension sensor

x86 means 32bit operating system , x64 means 64bit operating system.Windows is divided into to categories 32 and 64 bit. In your case you might be trying to install 32bit operating system's software or a application in an 64bit operating system running machine. If you are getting the above mention error message than it is clear that your window 7 is 64bit operating system and a 64bit operating system doesn't support 32 bit's software. You only can install software or application you are meant for 64bit supporting.

I had this same problem for a while. How I fixed it is: take hold of the thread (between the spool & where it goes under the plastic covering) & give it a gentle but firm pull towards you. That will pull the thread into the sensors. I get this #19 error even when sewing & this fixes it everytime.
