Here is my best shot! I THINK there must be a THERMOSTAT that is defective? I tried and tried to find a schematic or diagram for your heater without luck. IF there is a AC connector ~ disconnect it... Pull your panels off one-at-a-time looking for a DIAGRAM and anything that LOOKS like a thermostat? Hint: It usually has only 2 wires. I am fairly sure you WILL find one and if so ~ THAT thermostat would be my first suspect! Please let me know how this goes? Anthony

Everything should be on unit manual or unit name plate

If the pilot doesn't stay lit you might have a gas issue .Check gas valve and tube going to pilot .You may also have a bad thermocouple problem so it is not sensing the flame .I recommend changing the thermocouple first

If this heater has a standing pilot locate the gas valve on the lower back of the heater. Follow the 1/4'' aluminum tubing into the burner compartment. At the end will be the pilot assembly. Usually there is some type of access door or the bottom panel on the heater comes off or swings out of the way

The thermocouple is probably gone or is going out.
