You can try a hard reset: Unplug TV from AC mains and remove all cables from TV. Wait about 30 minutes and replug to AC power and redo the cabling. Does the axle in question actually drive the wheel or does it freewheel?It's a typical differential so if you get both wheels off the ground and spin one wheel, the other wheel should rotate in the opposite direction.The axles are retained by the differential assembly (inside transmission) so if the axle is truly falling out, to fix it will require transmission be removed and opened.
