Is there any error showing when you try to connect? Since you didn't mention anything about your problem except that you can't connect, it's not possible to assume the problem right now. In most cases it's hardware issue, but it could be software (in rare cases).

HTC Touch2 will detect automatic,just try to turn on data connection,after connection success plz makevur devices auto select _by goto sitting>connection>connection>setup my proxy server> modem>select which u want.....vote plz

You don't need to install or anything on your phone to get a English language.All you have to do is go to phone setting and select language setting then chose English and save the setting. Reading users manual of your phone can also help you solve some minor problems.

Only Telus can unlock it and only if the rent to own contract is paid off. If you take it to a third party unlocker, Telus can still lock it on you by using the IMEI number.I would urge you to edit out your IMEI number as it can allow the unscrupulous to clone your phone and make calls at your expense.

did you upload the mobile phone version of fb ??? some service providers don't like fb and wont let you install that messenger
