You would need to talk to your carrier about that. It's not something you can change on your own from your phone.

Just click on all the languages until it's in English. If you do that you will eventually get it back into English.

The most common reason a phone won't power on is when the battery is completely dead and a wall charger, not plugged into a computer, is the only way to get it to charge. If plugging it into a wall get's you nothing, then you can try and remove the battery for 10-20 seconds or hold the power button down for 20 seconds to hard reset the device. I would also try purchasing a new charger or take it to your service providers stores and have them try a different charger. Your local providers stores also have repair services if nothing else works.

Remove your battery, rub golden points with an eraser..and then place it again. make sure the black marks on the golden points have reduced and there are no leftover from the rubbing which get into your phone.

Charger port might have stopped working.
Or check if your charger is working properly.

If this phone comes with a replaceable battery then you can take the battery out - clean the contact points inside the phone and on the battery and then try to charge again.

Go to this link...

Scroll down to page #39 to where it says Use Voicemail and follow the instructions!! As per the service tech I spoke to on the phone to find this link, following these instructions will automatically erase your old voicemail unlock code as well as any as yet unheard messages.

Just in case anyone still has difficulty in finding the instructions.....

Set Up your VoicemailBefore your phone can receive voicemail messages, you must set up a 4-10 digit passcode and record a personal voicemail greeting. When you have set up your voicemail, all unanswered calls to your phone are automatically transferred to voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off.1. Press and hold the 1 key.2. Follow the system prompts to create a password and record a greeting.
Check your Voicemail

When you receive a voicemail message, a
notification with a voicemail message icon
appears at the top of your screen.
• At the voicemail notification, select Call to call
your voicemail number and follow the system
prompts to retrieve the message.
Select Ignore to clear the notification without
checking messages. The notification icon
remains on top of the screen until you listen to
the message
• When only the voicemail message icon
appears on top of the screen, select
Voicemailand follow the system prompts
to retrieve the message.
Best of luck!!

This phone apparently runs android so you should have a google (gmail) account on it. Check the settings and sync your contacts. Then on your new phone log into your google account and your contacts will magically appear. If you don't have a google account, set one up because this will keep your contacts sync'd where ever you go and what ever smart phone you have.
