i need a pair of tweeters of b&w683,where can i get them?

These are very good speakers with three speakers in the enclosure.
1. Check to see if the wires broke on the tweeter that fell out. A friend with a screwdriver can remove the bigger speaker to inspect the damage. I think the tweeter is probably OK.
2. It is possible to swap tweeters with your other unit to ensure it is the tweeter and not the wiring or crossover. There is a small electronic unit in the cabinet that serves all three speakers.
3. You most certainly replace this tweeter to get the speaker system back to specifications.

I am unsure about the HF or LF connections. If you have an instruction manual, it would be in there. HF is probably High Frequency; LF is probably Low Frequency. Whoever sells the tweeter will know the answer to that question. Lacking any other information, I would connect to the other set & see if I could hear a difference in low frequency response.

Not to sure about the box,but i have just Brought a couple of tweeters from B@W for the 603s2.They where really good to deal with.The lady that i spoke to had a list of all the parts they do and the prices and also delivery cost so it was all very easy to work out.I have nothing to do with B@W what so ever.Im the man in the street.Just trying to help.Go direct to B@W u.k rather than a dealer the number and all in fo is here.hope this helps. I have had the pleasure to tour the factory and experience the listening rooms and theatre and B&W. I have 4 pieces of Bowers and Wilkins products. I knew Joe Atkins the chairman / owner very well. There is a two year warranty on them, but in my experience, they fix for the cost of shipping. Does it still do it with everything removed axcept the power wire? ..

Are you running this subwoofer via an LFE (RCA line level) connection, or via high level (speaker lines in and out of the subwoofer)? There may be different ways to hook up this unit and it would be helpful to know how you have the unit connected. Thanks!

They charge $180 but they cost them $20 to buy from China. Package them up and send them tracked and ask them to replace the batteries. How long is the warranty on AfterShokz? Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable. If these suggestions don't work, you may try the manufacturer's customer support.
