I use win fax pro to receive and the sender use Epson fax equipment. I can receive 2 pages when the sender send continuously.Although I can see 2 pages success message in the inbox,only can see the second page when I double click this message.Surely is I receive 2 pages because this receive message file size is 54kb i.e 2 normal pages for our office daily use size.

to stop the print spooler do this . Start ---Run----type Services.msc, it will open the services box there find for print spooler , open it and slick Stop button to stop and start to start.

WinFax PRO requires Windows XP or earlier operating system. It is not compatible with Windows 7 or Vista, therefore, you cannot attach any documents with these operating systems.

Try sending more then one fax to different recipients, otherwise it is not clear if the problem is specific to sending to one machine, or all fax machines. You also should post the type of fax modem you are using, if you are using a VoIP (Internet) telephone line, and the current settings in WinFax under Tools, Program Setup, Modems & Communications Devices. http://www.getfaxing.com/forums

yes, it can automatically forward your faxes via e-mail using Outlook or Outlook Express.
See Notification & Forwarding options. You also need to enable Outlook Integration option in WinFax.

Are you using Windows 7? If so, it will not work.

go into my computer then control panel and from there choose programs, add and remove.. or uninstall, which ever you have. You will find the program listed in here, highlight and click uninstall.

Disable the preview option in WinFax (in Setup, under Send)

It seems that some part of the program got corrupted to correct this one it will be better if you uninstall the program from add/remove and then restart your computer and after doing that you reinstall the software using the setup disc that came with it.

I have got winfax pro some years back I have now upgarded my Operating System to window 7, but I get the message incompalable with window 7 can you please help

You should be able to download the installation files from there.

If the program you downloaded does not seem to work on Windows 7, try this (from guygior):
"Right click the desktop icon after installing it, choose "troubleshoot compatibility". Then choose "troubleshoot program" in the window that pops up. Now, check the box that says "the program worked in earlier versions of windows..." Then, choose windows xp service pack 1 or 2. It will make you start the program from the next dialog box to make sure it works... which it should now. Finally, hit next and choose save settings."
