it sounds like the mirrors are dirty start there clean all 6 mirrors

You can reset the C7 code, hold down 0&8 power machine up. Then push 87 & print, change the number to 0 with number keys press interupt key, then press 0&9 @ the same time to exit. This should clear the C7. Let me know if you need more help.

When that is flashing your copier is jammed or thinks it is jammed, check the paper path for any sines of paper.

Make sure you have the correct default paper size selected. If your copying 8 x 11 but your default paper size is set to 4 x 5 it is only going to scan the 4 x 5 size. You should be able to change these settings in the menu options on the device.

Hello sir; Check the charge corona wire, see does it broken, it located above the drum unit with blue tab.
