A 6 blink means the motors are in free wheel position. Turn chair off put freewheel levers in the locked position. You should not be able to push the chair when the motors are engaged. Leave the levers locked then turn the chair on again. If that does not work the motor/s could be unplugged.

It needs to be turned up by an engineer who should have the programming software

No special tools are needed. Centre bolt will be either 13mm 17mm or 19mm remove this then slide wheel off don't lose the key that sits in the wheel and on the drive shaft. Wheel should be a split rim. Undo the 5 bolts on the wheel and prise the run away from the tyre.

That flash code is controller fault. You need to replace it.

hi , what model shoprider is this ? okay have you checked the the wires coming from the controller to the motor ? when you move the lever to go forward or backwards can you push the scooter ? if not the brake is seized, even if it clicks , that does not mean it released fully ? no bleeping ? Once the green light has stopped flashing the batteries should be topped up. Check your owners manual.
