If moss on white siding use a bleach solution

Otherwise for general cleaning I prefer "simple green" -- you may cut it up to ten times with water....

this unit has a storage tank in the front below the motor , in front of the pump remove the cap and siphon hose add solution , than re install hose and cap you should be good to go

it will only draw detergent with the large black nozzle or the nozzle wide open with not draw with high pressure

if these are the original fittings ,most case would be the o-ring ,it has swelled change them and you'll see normally 3/8 or 1/4 inch

contacted honda support and was told you have to tip the machine so I guess that would mean you have to empty the fuel tank before doing so

the carborater may need a dighafram or carborater cleaning of the bowl

Clean it up real well and try again. Most likely the oil is from the motor being put in a position that allows the oil to run into spots that it is not supposed to be in.
