Since 1981 Club Car Golf Carts have positioned their serial numbers just under the glove box on the passengers side of the vehicle. The first two numbers (not letters) indicate the last two digits of the year of manufacture.

On Club Car Golf Carts prior to 1981, you can find the serial number by raising the seat and locating the aluminum, I-beam frame section closest to the batteries on the driver's side of the car. If the serial number plate has been removed, you can confirm it is a 1975-1980 model if it has two brake pedals and one accelerator pedal.

I am the search expert, and despite my best searching skills, spare parts seem hard to come by. The firm 'Tour Trek', doesn't appear the exist as such and they sell via retailers only. Your best bet is to ask at Golf Town, or Dick's Sporting Goods. The reviews on Amazon mention lack of spares support. If you were looking for a new one, Sun Mountain seems to be the way to go.

The engine is stalling due to too much load (torque) when it's on the ground. This most likely means a problem with a clutch or it's gearing.

I DON'T KNOW. CHARGE FULL AND USE A 'LOAD CELL TESTER' TO READ CONDITION. IF OK, LOOK FOR A SHORT IN SYSTEM. CAN'T FIND FAULT ? PAY SOMEONE TO LOCATE SOLUTION. AS AN ALTERNATIVE, INSTALL BATTERY CUT OFF SWITCH TO USE WHEN CART NOT IN USE. IF BATTERIES NOT
GOOD, LOOK ON INTERNET FOR IDEAS TO REVIVE.

If you have gas engine it could be converter belt.
video below has some maintenance tips and one of them talks about converter belt issues, mainly not having the proper belt.

If it does use a converter belt It could also have issue with the drive or driven converter. I have had problem with Kawasaki mule driven converter which is the converter the belt rides on for the transmission.

Have the batteries checked at an Interstate shop. Sounds like you have defective cells or low CCA.

Or, it may be a faulty speed sensor. See the link
