The only place I'd expect to find a reset button is on the motor itself. That is, unless it's a ground fault problem, in which case it might be on another ground fault outlet somewhere in the house (possibly a bathroom or garage outlet) OR on the breaker - check the breaker box to see if the breaker's tripped or the GFE button needs to be reset.

I think you had better call a repair service on this one, testing needs to be done.

IF there is a valve on the water line in the toilet close this off it should turn clockwise to slow down the pressure
