WHERE CAN I FIND PART #63725 FOR SEARS 10 " RADIAL SAW START START SWITCH/RELAY
I ran into the exact problem. No support for my old, old radial arm saw.
I took the top off the arm, removed the old broken switch and replaced it by screwing a standard electrical box to the top of the arm, extending the wires and then using a standard light switch to make/break the circuit. Looks kinda dorky, but it works fine. There's no relay involved, as the motor has a step/start capacitor.
As always, this is my work around, and I do not recommend or advise you to do anything you're not comfortable with. All I'm saying is that you'll have to find another solution to the fact that the switch is no longer available. The saw works great, btw, and the switch is very handy on top of the saw arm. Good luck.

Ryobi bt 3000 table saw belt installation diagram
The BT3000 actually has TWO v-belts! Here's a link at the end of this solution to an exploded diagram. Basically you have a major disassembly, but it really isnt that complicated.
More great info on the BT3000 is available from the web site

I have a BT3100 saw, and it is a good tool, but does require attention in maintenance procedures, but Ryobi did outline the necessary steps in their manuals. The above website also has the owner manual if you need one.
- Unplug saw
- Remove the blade
- Lower mechanism all the way to the bottom
- Flip over saw and lay on it's top
- Remove the blade guard panel opposite the motor
- Unbolt the motor assembly and remove the belt cover
- Replace the broken belts
- Re-assemble (be careful not to cross-thread the bolts in the aluminum housings!)
