I have not puk code
A
request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your
phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times
incorrectly.
Your SIM card will then become
"PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.
You
need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone
provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM
card.

Bought a used 2002 Jeep
What do you mean dismounted? Is there an empty space on the dashboard where it would have been?

Lucca sat nav
This is a common problem as the GPS's bake in the sun and bounce around. The cone on your speaker is likely displaced and will need to be brought in for reconnection. It is also a problem on radar detectors along with garbled voice along with NO voice...
Hope this helps!!!

I have Blankpunkt Travalpilot Lucca
Hello Tiptoe,
I'm not sure if these are the answers.
I finally heard from Blaupunkt and have the part number you require:
- Apologies for the delay, there has been a change of part number and I
couldn't check the pricing information due to website problems.
- The part number for the battery is 8619 003 386, and the price including
VAT and delivery is £24.40
- Please don't hesitate to contact us should you wish to order one. We
accept all major credit and debit cards as payment.
- Tel. 01249 817370 Fax. 01249 817346
However, research leads me to believe that the battery is not at fault. The battery charging circuit may have 'lost' the battery because it was discharged completely. As suggested by the following I found online.
- If a Li-ion battery is left discharged after use, the self-discharge will further drain the pack and eventually trip the protection circuit at about 2.5 volts per cell. At this point, the charger will no longer recognize the battery and the pack appears dead. Only specialized equipment or advanced battery analyzer will be able to re-activate the protection circuit and recharge the battery.
Charge for about 30 minutes before storage if the Li-ion battery is depleted.
Do not stockpile lithium-ion batteries; and avoid buying dated stock. The aging process cannot be reversed and cycling will not improve.
- The self-discharge of the lithium-ion battery is 5% in the first 24 hours after charge, and then reduces to 1% to 2% per month thereafter. The safety circuit adds about 3%.
- High cycle count and aging have little effect on the self-discharge of lithium-based batteries.
It suggests to me that a specialist will be able to get the unit to 'accept' the old battery again. Putting in a new battery will not solve the problem in itself.
Hope I have helped.
