The trade calls this a crystal, even though it mostly is not. Replacement is generally a watchmaker job, as the movement has to come out, and some uncommon tools are needed. Get a quote or 3 http://www.ehow.com/how_7893397_repair-crystal-timex-ironman-watch.html
