Take it to a pro who will check and see if your new batteries are charging up to where they should be. Check the generator out put and see if the motor is working properly. Even new batteries have been known to fail and only charge 50 percent.

Charger is set for 48 volts (golf cart)when turned on the fault light comes on but it shows charging. Batteries test good, never seem to completely charge.

I HAVE A BAT-CADDY MODEL X4 GOLF CART. I CANNOT CONTROL THE SPEED. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO TURN THE KNOB THAT CONTROLS THE SPEED IT JUST RUNS FAST.
