Will the maxi Cosi Mura carrycot fit my Maxi Cosi loola?

HiNo the Mura carrycot is for use on the Mura chassis only.For the Maxi Cosi Loola you need Maxi Cosi carrycot.

If the wheel is remaining locked it indicates the wire is broken or has come off the necessary componant within the handlebar.If the Loola is under 2 years old return to your retailer with proof of purchase for them to send to the engineers for inspection/repair work required under warranty terms and conditions. If it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase contact 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book it in for chargeable repair. Standard cost is 72GBP and includes courier collection and delivery.

How do i take the brake wheel/housing off a loola.

Due to the safety implications of this being incorrectly re-fitted it is not advised that customers attempt to carry out repair work.

In the instance of repair work when the unit is under 2 years old please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase.

If you are a UK customer but the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have your proof of purchase please contact the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book it in for chargeable inspection and repair work required. Standard charge is £60 and this will include courier delivery service of the unit back to your address; in addition you will need to make arrangements and cover costs for the product to be sent by courier into our engineers.

Repair broken wire on Maxi-Cosi 2wayfix base.

Hello In some countries Maxi-Cosi do have service centres where inspection & repair is possible. You should contact your local Maxi-Cosi office (Facebook or via Maxi-Cosi website, "Contact Us" option) They will be able to advise you.

The car seat I have

Hi Maxi-Cosi do not produce the adapters for the carseat to be used with Mamas & Papas chassis. Adapters would be designed, tested, approved and sold from Mamas & Papas. If the adapters do not fit the carseat they need to investigate this for you. The CabrioFix carseat is only one model and regardless of date of manufacture all Maxi-Cosi adapters for CabrioFix are the same. (For using Maxi-Cosi carseat on Maxi-Cosi pushchair chassis)

Hi Grip the grey section on the support leg. Under this grey section you will feel buttons on either side. Grip the buttons tightly to depress to extend or shorten the support leg.
