The cold control needs replacing. Thats the knob with the numbers that turn the Ref OFF and ON.
What I do is call my local Appliance Parts Store with my model no. They are extremely helpful .
Get freezer and ref thermometer. Ref is probably too cold.
Freezer should be 0 to 10 degrees. Ref 33 to 35

The thermostat section of the control board is either set on the highest setting - at 0C or even slightly below it - or it's faulty. Set it to the lowest setting - the highest temperature available - and see what is happening: if you get the same result then either the temperature sensor or the control board are defective and they will have to be replaced by a certified repairman - you will have to call one.

Take the cover off the fridge fan and put a flash light in there and a camera set to record. close the door for a couple of minutes and then look at the footage to see if the fan is running. The circulation fan should run all the time.

Question edited for correct spelling of the maker. Question moved to maker category. Check the temperature of the fridge with a digital thermometer. I should be 5' centigrade. It may be set too cold and freezing condensation running on the rear wall. Also make sure the circulation fan is working. It looks like it is the round disc at the top rear. Push a flexible net curtain wire down the drain until it appears above the compressor pan. You can also try cleaning the drainage trough, dry it and spray it with dry silicone spray or even WD40 if you don't mind the smell. Resetting your Liebherr CUN 3033 is a fairly simple process. To begin, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet. Once this is done, press and hold the super frost button for roughly 10 seconds. The appliance should then be reset and ready to use.
