My dewalt am /fm radio

Ensure the volume is up,try tuning on all frequencies and ensure you are on the right bandwidth. If you still don't get a signal then check your speakers to see if they aren't disconnected in anyway they might be faulty and need replacement or it might just be a wire that needs to be soldered properly.

Check thoroughly to see if the wires connecting the speakers are still intact.

No functions working

Many of these radios have memory backup batteries and when they become weak or dead the microprocessor becomes wacky.

Will not come on at all .

The corrosion had broken the connection from the batteries and this needs to be repaired for it to work. Depending on what you want to spend it can be fixed. I do this kind of repair but cost depends mainly on postage and parts. If no parts are available then one would have to make one or adapt one from another radio. Battery contacts are pretty much the same.

If you use your radio at work it could be exposed to dirt and dust and more! Could just need a good cleaning, drywall dust is terrible on electronics!

The radio stations will not stay set when I turn

Hi. There is likely an internal battery within the device that has run flat over time. Changing this should cure the problem.

No power to the radio but charger works

could be few issues, as of cracked boards, if you dropped it few times, or short in output/ internal power distribution. must be open by tech and troubleshoot properly. Definitely, not a do it yourself job.
Sorry.

No am radio but fm works fine

I don't know why you need AM, but that's not the issue.
If you have FM and HEAR it ok, then everything is fine. You've hooked it up right.
Not being able to find AM, is in the new radio.
You need to look to see how to tune to AM.
Maybe the paperwork that came with it!
