Hello

First of all ensure that the filter is clean,check all filters and give them a thorough clean. (The black filter is washable and reusable. The white paper filter cannot be washed and reused. It should be replaced.)

The unit could be taking on too much water. At the back of the unit in the bottom left corner there is a rubber tube. Open the tube and drain the water. Press the reset button and start the unit. The unit will run for about 15 minutes before the compressor kicks in.

If the unit still does not cool,then the culprit will be the refrigerant and you will need a professional hand to check this out so i strongly suggest you take it to an authorized service center.

Delonghi warranty is 2-year on all parts and labour. There is an additional 5-year warranty on any part of the sealed system (compressor, evaporator, condenser, factory-connected refrigerant tubing). The additional 5-year warranty covers the sealed parts only. Labour is not included.

Fill the tank with water and/or insert it correctly, pushing it as far as it will go until it clicks into place. You need to make sure that you use a full tank the first time.

Sounds like you need to prime the water pump. Remove the filter holder, open the steam knob and then press the coffee delivery switch. Wait for water to flow consistently from the steamer and then close the steam knob. Water should then be forced to flow through the goup head (coffee head). If you cannot get water to flow from steamer then the pump may have already been damaged or it may have been faulty from the start. If water will flow through steamer but not for the coffee, then the group head is blocked. Good luck hope this helps and remember that all machines should be primed like this before use.

I have change grinding from 7 to 1 ( it depends from coffee beans) and quality of coffee get much better (knob located inside the bean container).

This problem does not relate to coffee machines..
