Do you mean the KGSS907SS01? Kitchenaid ranges usually don't have three letters before the last two digits in the model number. If so, all you need to do is press the Clock Set/Start keypad (below the 7) and then type in the current time. Then press the Clock Set/Start keypad again. The range uses a 12-hour clock. I found the Owner's Manual at Sears Parts DIrect: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/user-manuals/kgss907sss01-kitchenaid-parts-manual . Assuming it’s electronic lock and not manual, problem would either be lock motor, control board or latch not lining up.
