the higher the number you set it to the colder it gets if the freezer will not cool on high then you have a compressor or gas problem neither is worth repairing
this is probably one of the two fans has got a little noisey,they are designed to stop as soon as a door has been open so not to blast you with cold air
I found loose wires under the top right hinge, where you will find a small connector block. Put the loose wires back in and hey preso the lights were back on, the water and ice defenses worked and the fault code was cleared
one of two faults first is the fan that blowscold air from the freezer ro the fridge is not working a very common fault with them or the defrost element has blown and the airway is choked up with ice
most likely it needs the thermostat replacing it is possible to by pass it to see if it will run if it does replace thermostat, if not then motor relay or motor fault
