The oven is lighting but the flame is not going to the bottom tube to reach the flame sensor

There is not enough gas pressure, you need to get your regulator checked.

I HAVE A BAXTER DOUBLE RACK OVEN OV500G2 EE. WHEN IT GETS UP TO TEMPerATURE THE BURNER GOES OFF, BUT THE TEMPerATURE KEEPS RISING . IT CAN GO HAS HIGH AS 50 TO 60 DEGREeS HIGH AND SOMETIMES HIGHER.

Question edited for dreadful spelling. Please don't type in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and very RUDE, plus it is harder to read. This is a commercial machine, all repairs are tax deductible. Call for service, it needs a new thermistor, (the temperature sensor). It is also gas, so it has to be repaired by a registered gas technician. https://www.google.com/search?q=BAXTER+DOUBLE+RACK+OVEN+OV500G2+EE+over+temperature ..

I have a Baxter ov300e (with a opening directly to heating chamber, covered by insulation and a panel is this right

Yes, that is correct. The Baxter OV300E is a countertop oven model. It typically features an opening directly into the heating chamber, which is covered by insulation and a panel. The purpose of the insulation and the panel is to maintain proper temperature control and safety during operation. The insulation helps to retain heat within the oven chamber, allowing for efficient cooking or baking. It also serves to prevent excessive heat from escaping, which could lead to potential hazards or energy inefficiency. The panel covering the opening provides a barrier between the heating chamber and the surrounding environment. This panel helps to protect users from coming into direct contact with the hot surfaces inside the oven. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines when using the Baxter OV300E or any other cooking appliance to ensure safe and optimal operation.

Why wont the baxter ovin lift the rack

I know this question is old but always check the lift motor and/or the rack switch, door switch, check for burned and/or broken wiring to those components.

Baxter revolving tray oven chain questions. I have a few questions below. Thank You

Slack is necessary to prevent early failure of the bearings on the wheels. It is also necessary for proper operation when the oven heats up. slack shouldn't be too much or the chain may fall off the teeth. Too tight and you have wear. The abrupt stopping indicates the need for lubrication of the motor.

I have a baxter oven single rack ant the burner dont allways come on

More than likely the element is going bad. Get your hands on a continuity meter, pull the element and touch the red wire to one end of the element; the black wire to the other. Move the element around a bit (bend it slightly). if the needle on the meter registers nothing or flips up and down on the register, you've got a dying element. If it were me, I'd go ahead and simply order a new element. They're not hard to remove or install (they either slip in, male to female, or involve the removal of several small screws. Obviously, make certain your oven is OFF when you repair it.
