Hi, I do not believe the oven has an internal fuse as it uses the mains fuse where it is installed. i would go to your building switch panel where your electrical fuses are housed same as for your lights and sockets etc. and check all are switched on. often ovens run on 3 phase power meaning they have 3 fuses one for each phase ensure all 3 are switched on. if they are on, it might indicate that the heating element or the thermostat in your oven are defective and need replacing but checking the power would be the easiest first check. if the fuse keeps tripping off when switching on the oven, ensure it is the correct amp rating for your oven, if it is correct and keeps tripping then your oven probably is defective and need to be repaired or replaced.

I hope this was useful.

This is a relatively big job, you can buy spare parts if these are damaged, also note that one clip is usually for horizontal install and one for vertical ensure on each side you replace the correct oriented one or else your shelf will not fit back after.
parts are known as Neff Oven Shelf Retaining Brackets
or oven shelf socket etc. can can be purches and a kit of a set of 4 clips.

1 you will have to remove the oven from the kitchen cabinet as this needs to be done from the outside of the oven. warning this is heavy.

2 remove from electic supply. on the side that is damaged remove the side panel, and insulation, you will see that the clip is held in with a sliding retainer clip this needs to be slid away with a screwdriver or other tool, and then replaced with the correct corresponding part in the correct orientation, as the over is already in this state, it could be an idea to replace all 4 clips on both side using a kit containing all the required clips and retainers.
3 ensure the clip is secure and before putting the oven back together test the side bracket fits in place noting that one is inserted in a horizontal manner slid back and then the other slotted in a vertical manner until secure. this is often not understood with shelf rail removal and insert that can cause damage to the clips. this part should not be forced into place or removed.

once complete replace the side panel and re install the oven.

notes
the oven is heavy once removed from the kitchen
also ensure the oven is unplugged from the electric supply before opening any panels.

I hope this was useful
