To get your PUK Code you should Call costumer care (Service Provider) And Ask Them For PUK Code They will give you the PUK Code.
You
can not call From your Mobile so use the your friend or any relatives
number which belongs to your service provider's network & call them
& ask PUK Code they will give you.
or visit your network
provider center for example if your using Vodafone Sim Then Visit
Vodafone Stores (Vodafone Care) they will provide you the PUK Code.
