you need a new screen as the lighting element has burnt out you can grab these at any market stall be prepared to haggle with the price and all you will need is either t5 or t6 torque screwdriver to undo all the screws if still under warranty take it back to the shop and they will repair for free

To get PUK code please contact your service provider.they will provide you the defaultPUK so that you can open your phone.
While you get the PUK code ,the serviceprovider customer care officer will askfor your personal details to checkwhether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will providewith the PUK code
Note: if you keep entering random/unknown numbers/codes, the sim card will be lockedand will be rejected. It'll not beusable anymore.

Hi, your PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. It's free of cost to get the pin or puk no. If you can't contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them, or go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
PUK code is also on your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider................
