There really isn't a way not while maintaining the full quality of the audio. I solution though would be HDMI to the TV and then the composite audio out ( red and white) down to the amp on it's on input of your choosing. BUT you will lose a substantial amount of audio quality. Now if you have a RARE TV with a HDMI out then you could just run the same setup but replace the composite cable with the HDMI out. Then you'd have minimal loss.
