you need to get the i.p address of your scanner and access it from your browser.
on the bottom left of the command centre menu you will see SCAN TO PC  "destination" .
put your details in new screen. if you are using a static i.p address for your pc put that in.
if you are running dhcp you should use the host name of your pc

what type of connector do you use? if its network printing then check ip address, cable, and the network card of the machine if it shows light, if its usb cable check the driver or cable.
note: make sure when you press the print buttom on the machine it doesnot show offline! if it shows offline you cannot print hit go or start to make it online.
if none of this work, reset the machine by hitting 1087 twice this will take you to maintenance mode then hit 906 then start, highlight the words that come on screen by your finger then hit start, the machine will ask you to put the main power on and off, do that and you will be fine.

did you set up a lable templete for the lable???
when yo do amail merge, you need to go through the trouble of seting up a mail label templet in accordance to the label you are going to use.

it is most likely the thermostat has triggred in the fuser this is a thermal fuse, you will need a tech to check it out

Open the left fax display cover. Find and hold down the "Alternate Display" key. While holding it down, press the "Stop/Clear" key. The transmission will be cancelled.

Automatic re-dialing is preformed by this machine unless you are in the direct transmission mode.

To set the default to direct transmission:
Press the "System/Menu" key,arrow down to "Fax Default".
Press the "Enter" key. Arrow down to "TX/Default".
Press the "Enter" key. Arrow down to "Direct Feed Transmission" and press the "Enter" key.
When you are finished, press "Reset".
