I do not think any other brand of paper will solve your problem.

What I would suggest is to run 50 through the bypass unit, turn the stack over then run the second side through the bypass.

I don't think the fuser is keeping up.

Open up the feeder, remove the two large chrome screws holding the beige cover and lift off. make sure nothing is blocking the rollers or switches. Further disassembly requires a Kyocera or Copystar technician.

the printer and scanner have separate tcp\ip address's
on copier panel check system default/counter key go to scanner and check ip address also make sure file manager is running on laptop

C 4200 is a bad laser unit that being said sometimes a dirty corona wire can cause c codes. Try and clean the main charge wire open front door and pull the cleaner knob in and out a few times also use the cleaner that comes with toner.

you will need to disable  the netware setting and maybe the appletalk setting via the browser.

Their's a sensor that the Plug from the Finisher to the copier is not read, first make sure the "Attachment Kit' thats the part where when you push the Finisher to the Copier it Locks, their is a metal tab that sticks out and hits a "Sensor" if it doesn't hit the sensor it will keep telling you attach finsiher or close cover, if it's too annoying you can remove the finisher and unplug it from the rear. On the cover thier are alos sensors that need to be activated by tabs,MAKE SURE these are not missing if you do you need to order these items from "Koycera-Mita" Check those sensors

for printing 4000 pages in a hour or hour-and-a-half, that is not bad. it could be better.
