please do the following: First, click the Start Menu, and select Run. Next, type ''cmd'' into the box and click the ''OK''
button. Finally, at the prompt, type ''ipconfig'' and information about your IP Address will be displayed. If doesnot get the IP, reset the Modem ,disconnect the power cord by 40 seconds, and then with small pencil erase click the small button , for add reset. and try again. If the problem is fixed good. If not please open network connection, select the network troubleshooting and fix it.God bless you

No wireless
Can you connect with a Ethernet cable? Maybe it's the device you are trying to connect with, computer, etc.?

admin should be both the username password.
go into your wireless security setup, and look up or change your WEP key.
Use this WEP key in your I-Pad, and VOILA, you're connected.

My EnGenius ESR9850 router is not broadcasting the
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then click on wireless settings Then turn the wirreless in also enable broadcast.Then save settings and restart router. If you are not able to access it with above ip then RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then access it with above ip and set WAN settings of router as your internet service provider settings. Turn on wireless and enable DHCP if you want ip from router. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

Setting linksys wireless access point security
Reset the Linksys to "factory settings", including the default logon-ID and password. Login to the router, and enable wireless security, and set a password for your wireless network.
