You will need to disassemble youre laptop and get to the cmos battery. This is located in the bottom right hand corner of the inside of the laptop and looks similar to a watch battery. Do not have your laptop plugged in being charged and have the power shut off. Take out the battery and disassemble the laptop. Leave the battery out for about 30 minutes to reset all bios settings, including your password. This should work and you will then be able to enter into Windows.

Boot to the BIOS, in setup clear BIOS password.

Check the WEcam settings. Most WEBcam have a setting toinvert and mirror the image.

on skype:
click on Check setings --> Webcam and select you webcam

There should be a web-cam program on your laptop, try opening it and looking for properties. There should be a way to flip the image. Most companies include this standard just incase it is installed on a tablet pc, on tablets the screen flips 180 degrees when open.

Friend, Your laptop does have a web camera. You will have to look for a shiny small dot on the top edge of the laptop. You will also fine one or two additional holes on either side of the shiny dot. are you getting any lights on?saying its on. sounds like it over heated,can you hear if the fan is trying to run? if so try cleaning it all out.

try asking windows to look for the driver,or roll the windows back to when it last worked.
