The internal board its got overheated,if its not turning at all.If the projector is kept on for long hours,the board gets short due to overheating.Keep it unplugged for for hours then reconnect to power outlet and see,if that helps.If not then the board has to be checked.-------------Keep updated.Thanks.Helpmech.

Unplug then spray the inside of the motor with electrical CRC or WD-40

Try using a different cable that you connect from your source to the Projector.

A colour change is normally a faulty cable , but if the problem persists after changing the cable , then you might be in for a new Mainboard.

Try the cable and get back to me on this one.

Can't help directly I'm afraid, as that thing is probably 10 years old now and the manuals aren't online anywhere. Have you tried just being ghetto and putting different numbers of beer mats under each of its support feet until the picture's evened up? (The feet should themselves hopefully be adjustable by screwing them in/out OR by using a push-to-release catch that lets you pull them in/out)
