Try going into bios settings at start of boot sequence and disabling the PC speaker. If that fails, you should be able to disable it in system settings as well.

When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermaloverload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is theproblem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail. A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make surethe vents are clear and dust free. Use a can of compressed air to do this.

A continuous beep from a laptop usually indicates that there is a problem with the system memory. Remove the AC power supply, turn the laptop upside down and also remove the battery.

Look for a couple of panels with philips screw heads on them. Remove the screws and lift the panels away. locate which panel is hiding the memory. The memory looks like this >>>>


Take them out and clean the brass contacts and also remove any dust that may have built up. If you have more than one stick of memory installed clean them both and put them back one at a time to check whether one of them is faulty.
Chances are the memory is ok and have just been slightly knocked out of place but some memory modules do develop faults.

I found out in Google that this tablet has Windows 8 on it. You can install Facebook on it by going to the "Microsoft Store". If it didn't install, check if your operating system is 8.1 Let me know if that helps.
