My MC55 will not respond to a cold or warm boot.
My MC55 will not respond to a cold or warm boot. I have fully charged the battery. The screen will not respond when I tap it. The screen is white withe the Motorola logo and MC55 Series. Is there anyway to get this back to working again with out sending it to a tech person?

Datamatrix is 2D Symbology. Actually this MC55 is a model with 1D Laser Scan engine. The laser cant scan 2D barcodes, therefore he is not decoding the datamatrix barcode.
You would need an MC55 with an 2D Imager or with Camera to scan 2D Barcodes.
The MC 3300 scanner is frozen on a white background that has a blue motorola symbol. and says MC33X series
If your MC3300 scanner is frozen on a white background with a blue Motorola symbol and says MC33X series, you can try a soft reset to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, follow these steps:
- Hold down the power button until the scanner turns off.
- Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn the scanner back on.
If the scanner is still frozen after attempting a soft reset, you may need to perform a factory reset. Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all data on the device and return it to its default settings. To perform a factory reset on the MC3300 scanner, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously.

- Release both buttons.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to the "Factory Reset" option, and then press the power button to select it.
- Confirm that you want to perform a factory reset by selecting "Yes" using the volume buttons and pressing the power button to confirm.
- Wait for the scanner to reset and restart. This may take a few minutes.
If a factory reset does not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Motorola's customer support for further assistance.

Buen d?a tengan todos, se tienen unos equipos Motorola DSR 4410 MD, DSR 4460 y DSR 6100, los cuales cuentan con puerto 10/100 para gestion y configuracion remota, nos pueden facilitar el login y password ya que al ingresar por el explorador el equipo solicita clave de acceso. quedo atento y gracias por su ayuda.
