You only have the option of getting a cleaning kit from pb or the like. There isn't a way to dump fluid as far as I know.

Are you making copies using the ADF/Document Feeder? If so make a copy by laying your original on the glass. Do you still get the lines? Is there any change? If the lines go away then you need to clean the scanner glass. If they do not change or go away then it sounds like a drum cleaning blade and or drum problem. If this is the case then you should be able to see the lines on the drum surface.
When searching for information on your copier keep in mind it is made by Panasonic and is a model number FP7735

Open the door where the toner cartridge is, and push the clear key and look at the display where it will say reset no press 1 yes press 2. That should do it.

Have you changed the toner cartridge? Often the disposal part of the image unit gets full and leaks out when the cartridge is reaching the end of its toner supply. This will leave black messy streaks on paper, and also make a mess inside the machine. Look inside the machine, if there is a mess, it is the cartridge.

The J624 looks like it might be only for use with a Digital Mailing system, and should be automatically recognized when plugged into a USB port on a compatible DM.
