FUJIFILM instax mini 7 Digital Camera Questions & Answers
Hi, I'm new to instax ; I actually got my 7s
When you say the 'eyehole', do you in fact mean the viewfinder ? As this is not an SLR camera, you would not expect to see exactly what the lens sees.
As for the other problem, it is clearly an exposure issue - are you remembering to remove the lens cap before using it ?
What do I do if my instamax mini 8 has all the setting lights flashing and the red light on the viewfinder on?
Had the same problem and discovered the motor driving the mechanism was not properly aligned. Remove the film. Take the back off the camera by removing all the screws you can see plus one under the cover where the film exits and 2 in the battery compartment. Loosen or remove the 2 screws holding the motor. The motor is located just down from the viewfinder, on top of the push button to take a picture. Turn the camera on and take a picture. The motor and gears should work, Let it run through its cycle and tighten the screws when the motor is in the proper position for smooth operation. I had to use 2 screws from the camera body to get the motor to stay in the proper position. ( i used the ones from the battery compartment)
camera now works as it should.
My fujifilm instax 8 won't take a picture (blue)
I had the same problem as you. When the film goes blank you noticed that the back is brown, not black? Well that is because you are not bursting the bubble of ink that comes in the bottom of the film.
What I had to do was open my camera and fix a small detail. It turns out that the control lever light intensity has a spring that can be moved from its original location. We must accommodate that spring to get everything back to normal. I have some videos of how I did. I hope to edit them soon so you can see how you did.

Fujifilm instax mini 7s pictures coming out white
I have the same problem as you. Pictures are in black and photo cartridges already wasted 3. Today I opened my camera and not a spring tea that is attached to the lever capture modes (sunny, noblado etc) was detached. Because I remember when the camera is turned on (pulling the lens) capture modes to move too. So every time you take a photo you must manually set the capture mode, and it stopped working. I hope it is resolved by attaching the spring. You already solved?

Shutter problem.
The best thing to do is to contact the shop you bought the camera from. If you open up anything by yourself you might void the warranty.
My flash broke
I don't think the flash is working inside the camera. But something is severe damaged. It could be the camera is leaking light to the sensor, but also inside circuits can be damaged. It would be to expansive to repair the camera, because the parts would be more expansive than the whole camera, let alone the fee you have to pay for the technician.

Unloading film
Did you get it out? If not make sure the lens pushed in then remove the batteries and the rear cover. Then try and pull straight out on film cartage, you may have try a little force but should come out.
Flash problem
The only things I can think of that could go wring with this camera are:Batteries are not fully loaded or not new. When not having enough power the flash can't be charged enough, so it won\t fire.the second thing could be you dailed in the wrong setting. The setting is for full sun light and yu are taking pictures inside. (not likely.)The film package you are using is out of date or was stored wrong. (not likely eighther) The flash (camera) is defect
Fujifilm Instax Mini 7s making loud clicking sound.
The gears that open and extend the lens have been forced, by dropping or packing away before shutting down. something got into the works and the clicking is the drive gears, or around the housing causing it to jamb. may need to be opened I would suggest going to a good will store or salvation army and get a cheap replacement for the project. Unless dissecting a camera for the project would work the mechanisms are very soft and don't take much abuse
Why does my instax mini have three lights flashing?
According to the manual, you need to replace all the batteries with fresh ones, preferably camera ones, and all the same power/brand. See the Flickr thread about this - seems like this works some of the time, so if it doesn't work first time, try switching to another set of four batteries and see if it's fixed. http://www.flickr.com/groups/instax/discuss/72157622943415896/
