does it have a printer card attached to it.if yes then install the driver and run it.if u already have the driver installed and it stopped printing after sometime then u have to reinstall the driver and reload it.if that also not works then the printer card has fried

clean the optics for dust .it is related to the scanner and 90% is because of the dirty optics.clean it well

c3100 is an error associated with the scanner carriage. open your document feeder and check if the carriage cables are OK.

if it doesn't affect your work it means there is no problem with that but if it affect the machine , then , go to the option menu and cancel every work done on the memory.

if you are getting blank copies nothing on the page you need to check the drum main charge or the developer unit is locked into place correctly and if the developer unit is turning take out the developer unit and see if there is an even coating of dev and toner on the roller use a piece of paper rub of a small are on the developer roller put in the machine and do a copy after take out the developer unit and see if where you marked is visable if it is then the developer unit has a problem as it is not turning

check if the scanner cables in the scanning section are out of position if not clean the mirrors and the scanner lamp.

open front door and be certain that maincharger assy is push in place. it has a black handle with a green pull out corona cleaner on it.

try to remove printer drive and install again. software problem.

Open the front cover by grasping the detent on the left side.

Turn the blue knob up.

Pull out old cart.

Install new cart

Turn knob down.
