How to clear the job
if there is a username and passowrd you log in. then at the bottom right of the screen you will see a job status button. if you press it it usally opens up to the jobs list .. if not after you press it look on the top of the display and select job status or print status. the select the job you want to delete and press delete.
NOTE: if your machine has a fax you cannot delete fax jobs without doing an all reset!
Where do I find the
On the control panel to the left of the energy saver button is the counter button press and the total count will be displayed on the touch screen.
When an item is scanned
Please check and make sure that there are no ink spots or dust on the **** glass. The **** glass is to the left of the platen glass. You can use a soft cloth with a little glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol 70 percent. Hope this works.
Copier would not copy, when you press the copy
Hi:
If the copier is at the ready screen and you press the copy button and nothing happens, Remove the toner cartridge and verify that is is not empty. If it is then the copier will not copy.
