Describe beeter you problem. Just guess, maybe the origin of your sync is wrong. It syncs just what it gets.

Probably it does not have Wi-Fi capability built in.

Try resetting it (press the center + menu button till an apple appears) 2) charge it for 20 minutes, toggle the hold button, and then reset it till it works 3) song might be a virus so try deleting it 4) go to your nearest electronic store for help 5) check the apple site for support or call them

• Enter Setup and navigate to preferences page
• Type 138931 on your remote
• Player will display Default Region Code
• Use up down arrow keys and select 0(Zero) for All Regions
• Hit Enter

It's now region free. DVD Player and Blu ray Player region codes
