My understanding is that the company closed out it's US branch and withdraw from the US market. Meaning the website and network support for their devices no longer exist.

The drivers, made for older windows versions, won't work on a Windows 7 or up machine. Not even in compatibility mode. Microsoft needed to make Windows more secure, so only allows drivers in there modern operating systems when they have a Microsoft certificate. For a certificate the manufactures must use Microsoft protocols, ask Microsoft for certification, and pay for the tests Microsoft does, to check the software is working correct. So no manufacturer will ask for certification of drivers for hardware they no longer sell. Long story, but unless you can write your driver yourself, or you can find an universal camera driver (not sure something like that exists) you won't be able to use the camera. Nobody does tell you, after you update your OS you also have to buy new hardware to.

Are you trying to use it while plugged into your pc? If you are trying after charge (disconnected from pc) You may want to try hooking it back up. manually clear it, Don't delete everything first create a desktop folder then drag and drop all folders from your device to that folder you just created on the desktop. This you can label if you want or level it with the default name. When everything is done you can go back to your device and delte everything you added.When done disconnet and try using it as you normally would. Sometimes if too much is placed on mp3 places they stop responding because they have to read everything and are very limited on speed and memory. If it works, gradually re-add from the folder you created as a temp placement. I say try just doing have of what you had on it. Unplug and try again. Next add only have of what is left in the desktop temp folder you made. and try again. Should you not have much on it, could just be a problem with the unit itself. I'm not certain with your model/brand but you be able to use it while it is plugged into your pc. to try this do a few things first press and hold each but until you main menu screen appears. Both c210 and fuze are no longer made. Eclispe is junk and you will never hear from the company should you have a problem. GPX is a nice unit. It hase a better camera built-in and a slightly larger screen. Down fall is no date and time or option to place date on photos The software included in the Eclipse and GPX is junk So I suggest another program Any video converter Video Converter Freeware convert video to any formats I use this myself and convert videos directly to my player. just reset the output destination folder. Thus the Eclipse then the GPX same price on each $40 depending on sale and where you go. I'm happy with the GPX over all.

You are correct...You have the wrong format on some of your songs to play in your player.
You will need a format converter to convert the itunes (AAC format) songs into mp3 or wma to work in your player.

It will show you you it. The screen depends on where you are charging it. If you charge it on a computer it will say connected. When you charge in an outlet it will say charging. If you have more question ask me.

all you have to do is hold the select button and the power button at the same time for about 5 seconds. or you can insert a paper clip into the reset button. it wont reset your MP3 it will just unfreeze

My Coby MP620-4G will not turn on. I have not used it for a LONG period of time (2 months) and I went to turn it on, and it would not turn on. had it on charge for 2 days, tried it and still would not turn on. Plugged it into my PS3 and it says "Unknown USB Device Detected" but nothing on my PS3 or on my mp3 player screen. Any ideas or any help. I willing to sell it for parts or trade for a used working one and willing to do a lot of work for a few bucks for a new one.

Typically this is the beginning of the end for your player. However there are some things to try. You can take a pair of pliers and bend ever so slightly as USB cable so that it places pressure on the bottom part of the connection on your MP3 player. I would try this with a cable you don't care for. I wouldn't suggest doing anything with the player. So many users bring my their blackberries that have the same issue. Most users do not come back to see me for quite a while or until the device is dead. These devices require tight connections, the only other option is pressure and that is what bending the plug does. Lastly, notice the two little notches that come from the wider side of the metal part of the USB connection. Are they protruding up even slightly? That may tell you something is wrong with your USB cables.

Try to reset the devise and update the media player. Can be done from the Coby website. Also make sure the cord didn't go bad. I've had more than one cable go bad on me.

Any Mini-B USB cord will work. Its a fairly common cord size. So if you have an older digital camera the cord from that should be the same. Most modern cells use a Micro-USB, but if you got an older cell the transfer cable from that might be a Mini-B. Or buy a replacement. Newegg or Amazon both will have them for less then 5 bucks. You can find them at most electronic stores, them just might costa little more. Search for Mini-B USB cord/cable.
