Rimage Everest II printer can't be adjusted
Usually this is caused by the black index marks on the transfer roll not being indexed properly. Look at the used transfer rolls and you will see small black lines that the printer used to index the print. Either they will not be crisply printed on the transfer pointing to a bad ribbon, bad or dirty printhead. OR, the sensors are dirty that read this index mark.

How to clean the print head
No easy way to clean the print head. You will need to remove it from the printer to gain access to the area to clean. What does the label look like on the disc? Streaks is probably a dirty print head. If sections of the label are missing it could be the print head or heat roller. Look at the re-transfer (clear) ribbon. If the missing part of the label is left on the ribbon you have a heat roller issue.
How to calibrate printing area?
If you're seeing an off center label that appears as a crescent you can use the print properties status monitor to align the label.
