Check out the snap discs sounds like its cutting off too soon jump them out 1 at a time , or check flame sencor is clean

If it needs 208 or 220 then yes it will stop the unit from running.Check the voltage at the circut breaker to verify its not a wiring issue.

You may need to get a new circut breaker.Also check a 115 volt outlet if its is also reading low ,like 100 or 105 volts then the power ccompany is cutting power back and theres nothing you can do.

It sounds to me like your thermostat may be bad. I would check power incoming to t-stat then turn temp. setting up and down to see if it is switching on and off. If not then replace. If it does then I would check all wiring to gas valve and if power is shutting off to valve but burner continues then replace gas valve. Thank you.

Its most likely the bearings in the fan motor failing causing vibration. One simple way would be too check and make sure all nuts and screws and bolts are tight around th e fan. If so is the fan blade dirty it doesnt take much dirt on a fan blade to get it out of balance and cause bearing failure.

I assume this is a typical heater, with an on/off thermostat rather than temperature-dependent flame size controller. Make sure the burner is clean and the flame holes are not clogged. Also make sure the heat exchanger is clean, not loaded with ash or dust. Verify that you have adequate air supply to the heater (if the flame gets much larger when you have doors open all the way to the outdoors, you definitely have a problem, including a safety issue) and that the exhaust stack is not blocked. I've seen issues caused by bird or wasp nests in the vent plumbing. Check inlet gas pressure, and verify that the heater main gas valve is functioning. (If you have recently added another gas appliance, the piping may not permit adequate gas flow when both are running.) If you have your gas piped in from a utility company, you may have to ask them to verify adequate flow and pressure at the meter. Check the inlet to the gas valve to make sure it is not clogged with sediment (requires shutting off gas and removing the inlet plumbing from the valve).

answer is unattainable since it is unknown what the previous owner has done to modify it ---you can try to get a wiring diagram [none on line ] and use a meter to check unit for modifications or a failed component -----or have a repair shop check unit
