Typical temp split should be 15 to 20 degrees. A 75 degree return air temp should be in the 50s. Be sure coils are clean , if in that range the machine can do no more. Most window air conditioners run the fan all the time but cycle on and off the compressor that makes it blow cold air, I knew a AC that was a small Hunter Bay brand (which I think is LG) that shut fan off also when it reached the right temperature.Hard to test them in winter, you may not have it warm enough in the room for it to start making cold air, generally speaking that could be the problem.
there are 2 possiblities on this . 1 the indoor fan is running to slow you need to run it at hihg . or the unit is low on charge. Try running it on high fan and see if that does not solve the problem also close any vnets on the unit that say fresh air or outside air. when its really humide you don't need to bring in more. Kevin, that would vary depending on the ambient air temperature in the room, the humidity level and what setting you have the temperature set on. There's no pat answer for your question.
It probably has bad circuits. There may be an inner fuse that blew but Idk. The A/C is probably not worth fixing but you can take it to a pro or an electrician.
The error is that the DC voltage is too high, not the house AC voltage. It should regulate through a transformer. Get LG to send an engineer under warranty. If you have a multimeter, you can test your house voltage.
DC peak error / IPM fault; compressor DC voltage was too high.
The FL error usually means that there is excess water in the drain pan. Look for the drain plug cap at the bottom of the back of the air conditioner. Remove the cap and tilt the air conditioner so that any water in the drain pan will run out. If the room is extremely humid and the air conditioner is set to Cool, this is normal. To reduce the water level issue, set the fan speed to Low. If the air conditioner is in the Dry (dehumidifying) mode, try setting it to Cool. Alternatively, consider using a hose if your unit allows for a continuous drain.
Unplug the air conditioner for at least 10 seconds to reset the unit if the error persists. If the drain pan is dry or the error recurs before more water fills the drain pan after the reset, then the air conditioner needs service.

You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset. Also What is the model of your air conditioner. With out that information i cant help you with your ac repair problem

Possibly a stuck or closed defrost sensor. The sensor gets to freezing which closes the switch. So the unit goes into defrost cycle which switches the flow of the freon on a Heatpump. The hot gas thaws the coil and the sensor. Which opens the switch and switches it back. I'm giving this answer without knowing more about the unit. Defrost light comes on & it doesn't run at all? I have found that turning off all power for a minimum of two hours will reset most errors,. When you switch the breaker back on, you will hear relays clicking as part of the self testing. Wait 15 minutes before operating the unit.
It sounds like your installer doesn't want to deal with you any longer. The engineers get very basic LG Service training, so at stages they are completely lost. I was advised not to buy LG and went with Fujitsu, but they have their own problems as it seems they all do!
Phone LG Support on Monday and ask their advice, don't let them just say call for service. Tell them you want to speak with a technician that does the training sessions and seminars.
