Electrolux EIED55I Dryer Questions & Answers
Electrolux cde7700lw0 dryer
Good Afternoon Brain, this is Z. I am happy to assist you!
I understand that your Electrolux dryer (CDE7700LW0) door indicates it is open and your dryer will not operate. Let's try resetting your dryer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is best to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your dryer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the dryer will start. If your appliance will not operate then it possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. In this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the diagnosis of your appliance.

E63 code
E63 is for a open heating circuit. could be a problem with the heating element or a sensor gone bad. Check to see if your dryer is under warranty. If it is I suggest you have the manufacturer take care of the problem. If not let me know, and we'll start by checking the heating element.
What doe error code E63 refer to? thanks
Hi,
"E63" error code means that your dryer thinks the temperature is too hot. Most of these units should still be under warranty so I would highly recommend calling warranty to correct this issue as any problem to fix this will involve replacing a sensor or a control board which involves high risky things to be done. So its safe to reach the company service technician to fix this issue.
Thank you!!
Electrolux Dryer screen went blank
Hello,
I am not sure what your Dryer model is or its age but it could well be that there is a plug loose on the main control board or some fault on the wiring inside the top behind the display panel. You could check to see if this is the case but make sure the mains power is off first, remove the top lid and check,or It would be best to get in touch with Electrolux to see if a repair is covered under the Warranty.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
What does e62 mean on an Electrolux clothes dryer
This error code indicates the water is overheating during the wash cycle. The first thing to check is if the water inlet hose is connected to the cold outlet and not the hot one. If the hose is properly connected, the temperature sensor will need to be checked and if faulty, replaced.
