Your touch screen went out, the only way you might even be able to get it fixed is to pay your phone company a visit. Or buy a new one.

Cant send or receive mms

Thanks for writing in regard to your concern about unable to send and receive MMs. Let me help you with this.
The problem would be on your Netwrok Settings. First, you need to have the correct MMS and GPRS settings which is compatible to your phone. All you need to do is to call your network service provider and they will send the settings on your phone directly. All you need to do is to save the settings. Once you have received the settings, please do try sending MMS on your own phone number. Please make sure that you have enough balance as well as network signal to send the mms successfully.

What is the difference between HSDPA and HSUPA?

Hi there, HSDPA stands for High Speed Downlink Packet Access and HSUPA stands for High Speed Uplink Packet Access. These two standards are part of the 3G network and are your upload and download protocols. What that means is that HSDPA allows you to download information to your phone, like when you receive an e-mail or browse the internet, all information goes through the HSDPA protocol. When you send an e-mail, that data goes the HSUPA (the upload protocol). Any data going out from your phone goes through HSUPA. The two of them together make up 3G and give you internet access on your phone! I hope that helps! Alex

Performing a factory reset via settings The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the phone settings.
  1. On the Home screen's Settings tab, tap Menu > All Settings > System > Clear Storage.
  2. Enter 1234.
  3. Tap YES to perform the reset, or tap NO to cancel the reset.

  2. While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
  3. When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
  4. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

Hello Tuy,

It seems that you have to update the software of HTC HD2 Smartphone. HTC provides Rom Upgrade in which it completely replaces the built - in software in the phone. Rom upgrade in the HTC HD2 Smartphone extends its features, imroves its performance which makes it easy to use.

Download the Rom Upgrade from the link provided below :

http://www.htc.com/www/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=297&cat=2&dl_id=856

Rom upgradation completely erase the personal data and the customized settingsor any installed programs in the
HTC HD2 Smartphone. Before Rom upgradation pleas backup all your data.

Please visit the below links to backup your data before upgradation :

http://www.htc.com/www/howto.aspx?p_id=297&id=191

I have a HTC HD2

Your 4th handset? What happened to the others?
It has been a couple of months since I have used HD2 with Windows on it so here goes: Delete all the contacts in your sim card, if you are worried about losing them then download his app called pim backup. This will allow you to export all your contacts onto your computer. When you have deleted all your contacts then a restart should mean you only see your pictured contacts.
Hope this helps.

Hi I have htc hd2

Update the firmware or reset it to factory defaults.
I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

http://www.hard-reset.com/htc-hd2-leo-hard-reset.html

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

Good Luck,
Mark
