for voice mail you just need to dial 1 ( goto dial pad insert 1 and call)that will directly connect to your voice mail (only if configured )if that doesn't help then contact your service provider.to download apps goto windows store make sure you are signed in and then search for app and find install button, click on install app will start downloading it self ( note that you can only download free apps for paid apps you may have to add your credit card and then purchase for it)

that might be bug in your Stock ROM. don't worry hope till the phone developers solves the bug in next update.

you may have to do a hard reset on the phone... to do that you need to push the power button and the volume button at the same time and it should reset the phone hope this helps.

i have installed CHT editor software in my HTC HD2 around 1month ago..
It is working fine 4 me... Today i enabled the phone security code (simple pin) and also unlocked it many times b4 problem occurs..
bt after dat i switched off my phn n nw its demanding the security code which i entered d same with which i opened it many times...bt every time it is showing me wrong password... is there any solution 4 dat... i m pretty much sure dat i m entering d right password..

Hi, it's not possible to unlock this phone from an unlocking service because Softbank changes the unlock codes, you can only get codes directly from Softbank provider if it's possible.
