Have you tried charging it from an electrical outlet instead of a usb cable? leave it there for at least 30 minutes then try again. This has solved some issues with music players and cell phones.

When I synced the music
Most situations like this are due to the music being in the wrong format. It will say on the packaging what format it needs to be in and then you will need to convert your library to that format. If your music playback application doesn't support this conversion you can download itunes for free and use that to convert all your tracks

Well, im having the same exact problem. I recomend that you not waste your time to find troubleshooting on the internet because there is none. Just call their technical support at 580-272-0035 because they are probably the only people who can help you. (they are closed for the holidays so call monday)
I can't get the volume
The volume button is the one under the center pause/ play (>II) button.
It may be marked VOL.
The manual does not give anymore information than that.
Try using short press or press and hold to change the volume.
This is a common method for using two functions on the one button
After charging screen stays blue
mine did this and when i went to the shop i got it from they said it was broken and replaced it for me not sure whether yours will be the same though

I think you should just format the mp3 player to reset all settings and start from scratch. Any issues you are having with your device, the format option should take care of it. I hope this helps you out!!!

Could be a corrupt download to the mp3 player.
Try reloading the third song,if it asks to overwrite answer yes.
If this still does not work then the third song file may be corrupt.

If you turn off the switch on the side of the unit, it wipes out your files. So you have to turn the unit off and on on the front face of the unit. I believe that you use the middle/PLAY button. That is supposed to save your files.

Call the mach help desk and they will be able to answer all of your questions 580-272-0035. I just called them a couple of minutes ago. The staff was very friendly and assisted me until my problem was resolved.
