Hello, You need too make sure that the power cord is actually charging the unit. If not replace it. If it is, then remove the battery and let set for 2 mins., then put back in and try powering up. IF that doesn't work, you will have to get ahold of your tablet manufacturer cust support and go thru their trouble shooting procedures.

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
2. Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.
3. Power On (Alarm+All LEDs Flashing): Turn the device back on. You'll see the alarm LED and all other LEDs flashing.
4. Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
5. Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.
