You may not be able to change in in the xbox, because it's your screen that sets that....

I'm assuming you are using this as an only monitor for the PC... What resolution is the screen (max) and what are you trying to put into it? If the video output of the PC is too much it won't 'see' it sometimes... try lowering the PC resolution to that of the screen. If it's a second monitor, you have to go into the screen settings on the PC and tell it to either 'mirror' (or duplicate) the existing monitor on it or extend the screen on another monitor. Sorry I can't be more specific as I don't know what the screen or PC (computer) is...

sounds like the panel is not getting video signal from the decoder board. Could be a loose connector inside the unit or a bad panel or cable.

Hi Kristen try opening menu from the remote, click on sound and follow instructions on the screen for how to put the sound back on. I hope you do not have the same problem, I once discovered on mine. I had accidentally pressed the mute button on the remote and no sound. After having restarted the tv , I sat with remote in my hand and suddenly the sound came on, I i had been pressing buttons just fidgeting. good luck kolbrun

Set tv on tv input and try 3 . If still not working . Go to tv menu and find set to cable and do auto scan . When done try 3 again . be sure cable bos swith on back is set to 3 and not 4. Hope this helps.

If you mean closed caption (CC) ... go to the Menu ... select Settings ... look for CC (closed captions) ... and switch/toggle it to OFF. This may vary depending on the TV (make & model).

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. Is the remote dirty? Oily? It's easy to dismantle remotes and clean them. Use ordinary dish detergent all parts, except circuit board. Use light alcohol on that. With a paper towel, or clean dry cloth. Dry all parts. Put back together.

At this stage, try replacing ps Caps. Old elements had cap problems in ps area.
